The first thing to do is to come and experience one of our CrossFit Classes – Your first class is free!

“I can’t do that!” “You guys are crazy!” “CrossFit is too intense!” We hear this often… CrossFit looks intimidating from the outside and usually sends people running. It’s human nature to fear the unknown. You don’t need to worry about the level of fitness you are currently at.

Our classes are designed for universal scalability and apply equally to all committed individuals regardless of their age or fitness level.

On Ramp Intro Program

You will acquire basic competency in the foundational movements, correct form, proper technique and full range of motion unique to CrossFit.  This is the first step for everybody new to CrossFit, regardless of your physical ability and is a prerequisite for continuing with CrossFit. Once you complete the On Ramp prorgam you will be ready to graduate into our CrossFit group workouts.
